Policies

Returns

All returned items are for an online store credit only, no refunds. Items must be received within 15 days of receiving the order to get a store credit. All returns must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached, in their original condition and packaging. Shoes or boots must be returned in the original box without damage to the box. 

We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that.

Email return request to shop@simplymecouture.com or through your user login. We will reply as soon as possible with Return Approval and Shipping address.  Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item you sent back minus the shipping charges. If you return items that have been tried on and have makeup on them, they will not be accepted as a return and sent back to you.  

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to Simply Me Couture Boutique.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

These items are FINAL SALE & Non Return 

All sale/clearance items are Final sale. All sales final on jewelry, leggings, undergarments, hair accessories including hats and beanies, socks, scarves and eyewear.  This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions on these items. 

 

Exchanges

We no longer have the ability to do exchanges do to the fact that we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a boutique credit.

US Shipping

All orders over $50.00 in the USA receive Free Standard 1st Class Mail with the USPS. Shipping excluding Hawaii and Alaska (please allow 7- 10 days for delivery using standard shipping.) 

We also offer USPS Priority & Priority Mail Express thru the Unites States Postal Service  

You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order.  If you enter an incorrect address and the package has to be reshipped there may be an additional fee to do so. We provide a delivery/tracking number with every purchase therefore we are not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

Please Note: We are unable to cancel any orders that have already been processed.

**You will be notified by phone or email if there is a problem with your order or an item is out of stock. Please be sure to provide correct contact information upon ordering.

 

In Store Pick Up

All orders take 24 hours to process. Once your order has been processed we will send you an email confirmation letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up at the boutique.  We will hold your pick up for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
